Episode 114: This Moment starts Your Long Game

Life is a long game. The one thing you do right now is a seed that grows and changes your life. At this moment, if you choose to eat a piece of cake and you do it again and again, your long game will look very different than if you replaced each piece of cake with a set of situps.
Every time you say "Hi" to someone, you plant a seed in them, and you that will potentially grow a friendship, or it will dissolve a past prejudice. Your moments of you being you are so powerful and transformative for you and the other person.
Everything you do in life leads to the long game. Invest right now at this moment in you and benefit from the long game of life.
It's all there for you. Just play the long game!
