Hi friends of New York Dharmapunx: Here’s a 2 minute video about ‘Unsubscribe’ which will be released on November 17th. I hope you find it worth the time to watch. Please feel encouraged to pass it along to friends if you enjoy. The book investigates how core buddhist tools overlap with new psychological modalities and neuroscience developments, and proposes a three-step guide to recovery from addiction to consumerism and self-deception.
Thanks for your attention.
