About this podcast
The purpose of Tabletop Gamer’s United is for a group of like minded individuals to come together and play the games we enjoy playing. From WH40K, WHFB, Infinity, Warmahordes, X-wing vs Tie Fighter, Malifaux and much more. No game will be shunned, no game will be frowned upon. We grow from learning and we can learn from each other. Not all of us are competitive gamers, we play for fun so tournaments will be rare for those games that have tournaments but battles and trash talking is encouraged. Want to invite someone add them. We all wish to grow. There are a lot of players here and the games are vast, you want to know about a game you been interested in, just ask. I am sure there will be someone who is might know the game you are down to play. Welcome to Tabletop Gamers United.

In this episode, you may notice something different about one of our hosts, namely he has been replaced by an imposter. Is this part of Aleph’s grand plan to subjugate humanity and bend it to the will of the cold AI hivemind? Tune in and find out.

Welcome back again, this time it has been only several weeks since we’ve the last broadcast. Yay, regularity!  This episode starts off with a general recap of our time at two awesome, simultaneous, east and west conventions, Captaincon and LVO. Joel having run the events at LVO, gives a good accounting of the events from his TO perspective. Scott talks captaincon and Michael…well he was apparently saving all of his Infinity for the upcoming Rumble on Route 66. We follow up with an interesting discussion on the starting initiative face to face roll, and share our thoughts and wisdom on the factors that contribute to the decision of whether to choose initiative or deployment, and how best to respond when your opponent wins the roll and makes their choice.  If you have any comments, questions, or feedback, hit us up at [email protected] or on Facebook at: Tabletop Gamers United: ARO Podcast. Enjoy!

Our hosts Scott, Joel and Michael recap and discuss our experiences at Captaincon and the Las Vegas Open. We also dive into a little bit of ITS 2016 speculation (which comes quite late at the time this episode is released) and review of the Krakot renegades. Instead of building a list this week, we take a USAR list used with good success at the LVO and break it down for discussion.  If you have any comments, questions, or feedback, hit us up at [email protected] Enjoy! Back after a delay! Scott and Michael tackle poor sound quality and learning how to edit audio in order to bring some infinity discussion to our listeners. In this episode we recap our gencon experiences, including our marathon of playing and running tournaments, and our experiences in the Gencon Invitational. Apologies in advance for the poor audio on Michael’s side of things.
