In this week's episode, Millie and Sophie discuss a study carried out by Abertay graduates Esther James and ShaunyJenkins. For the study, each participant judged sixteen face-pairs, indicating how much better a leader they felt their chosen face to be compared to the other face. It was found that both men and women evaluated women more negatively as a leader if the image suggested she was wearing a lot of makeup. What counts as 'too much' make-up? In a world where women are expected to be 'done up' at all times, can women win? Follow Millie and Sophie on socials @millie_cotton & @sophiemilner_fs.

In this week's episode is a chat all about bras and boobs. Sophie and Millie reminisce about going to buy their first bras, discuss what sort of underwear makes them feel confident and whether, as women, ~sexier~ underwear is for ourselves or for men. This podcast episode is in collaboration with Sloggi & their new Zero Feel bra, which is hands down the most comfortable bra we have ever worn in my life but more about that on today's episode. You can purchase a Sloggi bra here: https://goo.gl/Xn1hyu – #zerofeel #unfastenyourself *AD
