Toni launched DP Connect in 1990 on the back of a successful sales career that included 8 years as a specialist IT recruiter in the City. Her vision was to establish a different type of recruitment firm, harnessing her passion for the industry and commitment to the highest levels of customer service. Her personal achievements have been recognised by various award programmes including Veuve Clicquot’s Business Woman of the Year, Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year, Recruiter magazine, the Recruitment & Employment Confederation and Recruiter magazine. In April 2017 DP Connect was acquired from Toni by its current CEO Aidan Anglin. Toni remains invested in the business as Chairwoman and Advisor to The Board. Toni shares with Kevin Green her journey through the industry.

Prior to joining Empresaria, Joost had spent 20 years working in various roles for businesses which now form part of Randstad N.V., most recently as head of specialist staffing operations in the Netherlands.
