Drilled but uncompleted wells (DUCs) are a more important metric in the oil and gas industry than ever before. The number of DUC wells used to be anyone’s guess. But now, with Drillinginfo and DI Rig Analytics, there is an easy way to identify current DUC inventory. Get the most comprehensive DUC data to help you maximize your investments and win with Drillinginfo.

You can now refine your searches on a more granular level. To begin your search, open the Explore tab and select a county of interest. You can search by grantor, grantee, or grantor OR grantee, which will tell you whether someone was associated as either a grantor or grantee. You can also specify the volume, page, instrument number, and book type and instrument type associated with the selected book. For syndicate counties, you can further refine your search by abstract number, survey, subdivision, lot, block, section, township, range, quarter call, property description, and number of acres. For subscription county, you can refine by the property description and number of acres fields.

Microseismic data often provide the best view into whats actually happening in the down hole environment while horizontal wells are being completed or refraced to stimulate production in tight oil and gas reservoirs. DI Transform offers a rich sweet of tools to allow operators to visualize and interpret their microseismic monitoring data in an integrated environment. That is, in the context of all their associated geologic, geophysical, and engineering data, and to feed the output from that interpretation into a powerful statistical analysis package. This video will provide an overview of the workflows that allow you to import and visualize microseismic events and time series treatment data, analyze the events to estimate stimulated reservoir volume, compute and cross plot microseismic event attributes in our data analysis workflow, and extract rock properties from seismic volumes onto microseismic events for use in advanced analytical workflows.
