It should be no surprise that President Trump will seek reelection in 2020 since he officially filed for re-election with the Federal Election Commission reportedly on the same day of his inauguration. While it is unusual for a sitting president to hire a campaign manager three years before the election, Trump recently named Brad Parscale as campaign manager. Also, there are plans for a fundraising tour to raise massive amounts of money according to sources. Given the Russia investigation, plummeting approval ratings, controversy and scrutiny, could he really be re-elected?
