Therapy breaks allow you to stand on your own two feet and also give time for changes to happen.Looking back, the burdens have lifted and the load is lightened.

When you have visual imagery it helps your mind to focus on what your are looking to achieve.When a disruptive thought comes to mind, the focus image puts your mind back on track and keeps you going in the right direction.

When you are on a weight loss journey there are times when you will loose your way.Life challenges can become all too much and it's easier to choose the quick and often not so healthy option.Staying on course can be like a Rocket Ship flying to the moon, deviations will happen, having the tools to overcome them is key.

Consciously knowing what you need to put things right should be the answer, having the tool to put it right should be the answer, using your concious knowledge & the right tool together......Hmmmm Doesn't always give you the solution you might expect.
