The Mellow Factory 1 remake
*Mix gemaakt op: 2024-03-19*
This is where it all started. The Mellow Factory 1 was the very first mix Stef Segers ever released — back in 1997, when DJ Jean and Peran were dominating the Dutch club scene and Armin van Buuren was still a few years away from becoming a household name. This remake r…

drive space was too limited to record, edit and re-record, so everything had to be
perfect in one take. No second chances, no fixing mistakes — just pure DJ craft on
the Technics SL…
The Mellow Factory 1
*Mix gemaakt op: 08-12-1997*
The very first mix. December 1997 — the Dutch house scene was at its peak and this
set captures exactly why. Straight-up dancefloor material from the golden era of Dutch
house, featuring names like DJ Jean, an early Armin, Nuyorican Soul and CJ Boland.
From high-ene…
