You’re not cold, you’re not hot—far better to be either cold or hot! You’re stale. You’re stagnant. You make me want to vomit.” (Revelation 3:15, 16 – The Message) III – “When someone makes a decision, he is really diving into a strong current that will carry him to places he had never dreamed of when he first made the decision.” – Paulo Coelho IV – “Let each one [give] as he has made up his own mind and purposed in his heart, not reluctantly or sorrowfully or under compulsion, for God loves (He takes pleasure in, prizes above other things, and is unwilling to abandon or to do without) a cheerful (joyous, “prompt to do it”) giver [whose heart is in his giving].” (II Corinthians 9:7 – AMPC) V – “It’s obvious, isn’t it? Don’t talk out of both sides of your mouth; avoid careless banter, white lies, and gossip. Keep your eyes straight ahead; ignore all sideshow distractions. Watch your step, and the road will stretch out smooth before you. Look neither right nor left; leave evil in the dust.” (Proverbs 4:23-27 – The Message)

METRON 11-5-17 – Part I – CLEAR INTENTIONS: Moving Your Life in the Right Direction Through The Power of Yes and No Today’s Notes: I – “Yet let your word be ‘Yes, Yes,’ ‘No, No.’ Now what is in excess of these is of the wicked one.” (Mattew 5:37 – CLV) II – “So let your word habitually be ‘Yes,’ [and mean] yes; [or] ‘No,’ [and let] ‘no’ [end the matter]. Now the thing [which is] in excess of these is (or: exists being) forth from out of the midst of the bad condition [of mankind] (the situation of hard labor, pain and misery; or: the evil, malevolent and wicked [thought]).” (Matthew 5:37 – JMNT) III – “Let what you say be simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’; anything more than this comes from evil” (Matthew 5:37 – ESV) IV – “We only make choices in alignment with our future when we believe that it can actually happen. This is when we start to move from the known into the unknown. At this point in the creation to reality process, it’s critical to dissect our old thoughts, feelings, and beliefs so that we fully understand they are based on past experiences. Why? Because most people tend to think and feel within the biology of their past memories. As a result, those thoughts and feelings create attitudes, attitudes create beliefs, beliefs create perceptions, and perceptions create our reality. If our thoughts and beliefs are based on implicit memories (subconscious programs that fill in our reality) of our past, then there’s a strong probability that we’re missing out on new possibilities. Not only can we not see those future possibilities, but our brains aren’t even wired to see them. So the knowledge we gain in this process becomes the very footprints of consciousness and serves as the raw ingredients to think, feel, and contemplate in new ways. This contemplation begins a neurological building process whereby we’re essentially rewiring our brains, causing synapses to fire in new patterns and combinations. Whenever we make our brain work differently or in a new way, we’re literally changing our mind. That’s because, according to neuroscience, mind is the brain in action.” – Dr. Joe Dispenza V – “Setting a clear intention is the first element of any successful creative endeavor. A conscious clear intention can greatly assist any creation effort. Clarity of intent coupled with mindfulness and awareness is the most powerful mental creative force you have. Clarity of intention cannot be under estimated. For many intentions we hold and have held, our intentions are fulfilled even long after you have set them and forgot about them, even ones we no longer want. An intention causes our creative life energy to flow or not to flow in a given direction in our life to fulfill the intention that is held. In this regard, the intention(s) we hold, consciously or subconsciously, is (are) a very powerful creative force in our life to create the experiences we have. To get some creative control over our life it becomes essential we understand both the conscious and subconscious the intentions we hold. Often we need to go back and establish the clarity of our intention before we actively undertake a creative endeavor. As such, it is recommended we become very clear on what we desire to create and experience and why, including the feeling we wish to have. In many ways the feelings are more important than what we mentally think we want. It is essential that we know exactly what we want, not necessarily in a specific form but in its key attributes and experiences, including feelings.” –K. Ferlic VI – “Passion is a feeling that tells you: this is the right thing to do.

Walk while you yet have the light so that darkness will not overtake you. He who walks in darkness does not know where he goes. While you yet have the light with you, have faith in the light, that you will be children of ENLIGHTENMENT.’ Thus spoke Jesus and went off and hid from them. ‘I came as ENLIGHTENMENT unto all men so that whoever completely believes will not stay in darkness. If anyone hears my words and does not observe them, I will not condemn him, for I came not to condemn men, but to save men.'” (John 12:35, 36, 46, 47 – Khaboris Manuscript) ____________________ III – “In certain dharmic spiritual traditions such as Hinduism, the third eye refers to the ajna, or brow chakra. The third eye refers to the gate that leads to inner realms and spaces of higher consciousness. In New Age spirituality, the third eye often symbolizes a state of enlightenment or the evocation of mental images having deeply personal spiritual or psychological significance. The third eye is often associated with religious visions, clairvoyance, the ability to observe chakras and auras, precognition, and out-of-body experiences. People who claim to have the capacity to utilize their third eyes are sometimes known as seers. In some traditions such as Hinduism, the third eye is said to be located around the middle of the forehead, slightly above the junction of the eyebrows. In Taoism and many traditional Chinese religious sects such as Chan (called Zen in Japanese), “third eye training” involves focusing attention on the point between the eyebrows with the eyes closed, and while the body is in various qigong postures. The goal of this training is to allow students to tune into the correct “vibration” of the universe and gain a solid foundation on which to reach more advanced meditation levels. Taoism teaches that the third eye, also called the mind’s eye, is situated between the two physical eyes, and expands up to the middle of the forehead when opened. Taoism claims that the third eye is one of the main energy centers of the body located at the sixth chakra, forming a part of the main meridian, the line separating left and right hemispheres of the body. According to the Christian teaching of Father Richard Rohr, the concept of the third eye is a metaphor for non-dualistic thinking; the way the mystics see. In Rohr’s concept, mystics employ the first eye (sensory input such as sight) and the second eye (the eye of reason, meditation, and reflection), “but they know not to confuse knowledge with depth, or mere correct information with the transformation of consciousness itself. The mystical gaze builds upon the first two eyes—and yet goes further.” Rohr refers to this level of awareness as “having the mind of Christ”. According to the neo-gnostic teachings of Samael Aun Weor, the third eye is referenced symbolically and functionally several times in the Book of Revelation 3:7-13, a work which, as a whole, he believes describes Kundalini and its progression upwards through three and a half turns and seven chakras.

And He said: Thus shall you say to the sons of Israel, I-Shall-Come-to-Be has sent me to you.” (Exodus 3:14 – CLV) II – “I Am that I Am (אֶהְיֶה אֲשֶׁר אֶהְיֶה‎, ehyeh asher ehyeh) is the common English translation of the response that God used in the Hebrew Bible when Moses asked for his name (Exodus 3:14). It is one of the most famous verses in the Torah. Hayah means “existed” in Hebrew; ehyeh is the first person singular imperfect form and is usually translated in English Bibles as “I am” or “I will be” (or “I shall be”), for example, at Exodus 3:14. Ehyeh asher ehyeh literally translates as “I Am Who I Am.” The ancient Hebrew of Exodus 3:14 lacks a future tense such as modern English has, yet a few translations render this name as “I Will Be What I Will Be,” given the context of Yahweh’s promising to be with his people through their future troubles. Both the literal present tense “I Am” and the future tense “I will be” have given rise to many attendant theological and mystical implications in Jewish tradition. However, in most English Bibles, in particular the King James Version, the phrase is rendered as I am that I am.” – Wikipedia III – “When Jesus arrived in the villages of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “What are people saying about who the Son of Man is?” They replied, “Some think he is John the Baptizer, some say Elijah, some Jeremiah or one of the other prophets.” He pressed them, “And how about you? Who do you say I am?” Simon Peter said, “You’re the Christ, the Messiah, the Son of the living God.” Jesus came back, “God bless you, Simon, son of Jonah! You didn’t get that answer out of books or from teachers. My Father in heaven, God himself, let you in on this secret of who I really am. And now I’m going to tell you who you are, really are. You are Peter, a rock. ” (Matthew 16:13-18 – The Message)

No, I simply am. I am. I am. I am. I will still be if I didn’t think. In fact, it is only then that I would step into a different dimension of consciousness. Yes, I will still be if I didn’t think. I will still be if I stopped breathing. I will still be because you still are. My words are written and you are receiving them. We are dancing. We are making love. And when you stop reading them, they will still be because nothing ever truly ceases to exist. There is not a thing that is not. Every thought, energy, and vibration is recycled. I am and I will continue to be because I manifest as the universe, therefore I will continue to manifest as the universe.” ― Kamand Kojouri V – “What a liberation to realize that the ‘voice in my head’ is not who I am. ‘Who am I, then?’ The one who sees that.” – Eckhart Tolle VI – “Just look around! This immense universe is functioning so perfectly well that nothing can be added to it. It needs no improvement. Seeing this, one relaxes. If stars can go on dancing and flowers can go on blooming and birds can go on singing, why not you? You also belong to this universe. You are part of it. In fact, you are the most valuable part of it, the greatest flowering is going to happen in you—the flowering of consciousness, the golden flower of being.” ― Osho VII – “Then Jesus, having seen and being aware of all the things progressively coming upon Him, went out and proceeds saying to them, “Whom are you folks presently seeking…They decidedly replied, “Jesus, the Nazarene.” He then says to them, “I am (or: I, Myself, am; or: I AM BEING)”…Now Judah (Judas) – the one handing Him over – had also been standing with them, then, as He said to them, “I, Myself, am (or: I AM CONTINUOUS EXISTENCE),” he went off into the rear and they suddenly fell to the ground. METRON 10-8-17 – BEING IS EVERYTHING: Creating a New Destiny for Yourself Through Self-Transformation – Part II Today’s Notes: I – “But who are you, a human being, to talk back to God? “Shall what is formed say to the one who formed it, ‘Why did you make me like this?” (Romans 9:20 – NIV) II – “It is not until you change your identity to match your life blueprint that you will understand why everything in the past never worked.” ― Shannon L. Alder III – “Finding the center of strength within ourselves is, in the long run, the best contribution we can make to our fellow men. … One person with indigenous inner strength exercises a great calming effect on panic among people around him. This is what our society needs — not new ideas and inventions; important as these are, and not geniuses and supermen, but persons who can “be”, that is, persons who have a center of strength within themselves.” ― Rollo May IV – “In order to remember who you are, you have to have known it in the first place.” ― Gregory Maguire V – “…and not to be configured to this eon, but to be transformed by the renewing of your mind…” (Romans 12:2 – CLV) VI – “It is a Law: Not of Man’s or of Woman’s — but of Life. Before you can have a different life; before you can be happier, wiser, more at peace and in quiet command of yourself, you must first be different. Being is everything. And before you can learn how to be different and change your destiny, you first must realize that secret place within yourself where your own future is created — you must consciously enter that place of power where all of your life-choices are made for you. It’s called the Present Moment: The Now. And this Now is the seed of all that comes later. It’s only what you do right Now that’s the seed of personal change. And in the endless beauty and mystery of the Present Moment, this same seed of change is also the seed of your New and Higher Nature.” — Guy Finley VII – To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment. – Ralph Waldo Emerson

METRON 10-1-17 – BEING IS EVERYTHING: Creating a New Destiny for Yourself Through Self-Transformation – Part I Today’s Notes: 1 – “You’re blessed when you’re content with just who you are—no more, no less. That’s the moment you find yourselves proud owners of everything that can’t be bought.” (Matthew 5:5 – The Message) 2 – “‘The kind, considerate, gentle, mild-tempered, humane and nonviolent folks (people who do not use force) ’ [are] happy and blessed because they, themselves, ‘will proceed to be inheriting the Land (or: be receiving and enjoying an allotment of the earth)!’ (Matthew 5:5 – JMNT) 3 – “Before I can tell my life what I want to do with it, I must listen to my life telling me who I am.” ― Parker J. Palmer 4 – “If other people do not understand our behavior—so what? Their request that we must only do what they understand is an attempt to dictate to us. If this is being “asocial” or “irrational” in their eyes, so be it. Mostly they resent our freedom and our courage to be ourselves. We owe nobody an explanation or an accounting, as long as our acts do not hurt or infringe on them. How many lives have been ruined by this need to “explain,” which usually implies that the explanation be “understood,” i.e. approved. Let your deeds be judged, and from your deeds, your real intentions, but know that a free person owes an explanation only to himself—to his reason and his conscience—and to the few who may have a justified claim for explanation.” ― Erich Fromm 5 – “So if we want to change some aspect of our reality, we have to think, feel, and act in new ways; we have to “be” different in terms of our responses to experiences. We have to “become” someone else. We have to create a new state of mind … we need to observe a new outcome with that new mind.” ― Dr. Joe Dispenza 6 – “Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.” (Romans 12:2 – The Message) 7 – “You must give up the life you planned in order to have the life that is waiting for you.” – Joseph Campbell

That is what real freedom is.” – Thomas Merton II – “When painful experiences have been suppressed rather than expressed, then the energy from these experiences is stored in mind and body. When feelings are not resolved, they are only hidden from our conscious awareness. When we suppress feelings, we are rejecting negative emotional experiences from our awareness. When we do this over and over again, this leads to an accumulation of emotional energy that we are not even aware of. Let’s take anger for example. When we suppress anger, during suppression, the force of the anger that was originally felt is still present; it is just below our conscious awareness. When this happens, it leads to negative attitudes and behaviors that can erupt with even more force than the original anger because we are stuck in a holding pattern that becomes a habit. This layers upon itself like the layers of an onion. When the suppression of feelings is below our conscious awareness, it feels like we are being controlled by hidden forces. We are attracted to the wrong people, reject those that are healthy for us, we become addicted to drugs to numb ourselves because we have this accumulation of energy that has been suppressed. This energy eventually has to come out. It needs to be released in order for us to be healthy.” – Jeannie A Smith, NCTMB III – “Who can detect inadvertent errors? From those concealed to me, hold me innocent.” Moreover, keep back Your servant from arrogancies; Let them not rule over me. Then I shall be flawless, And I will be innocent of great transgression.” May the sayings of my mouth be acceptable And the soliloquy of my heart be pleasing before You, O Yahweh, my Rock and my Redeemer!” (Psalms 19:12 – 14 – CLV) IV – “Errors! who doth understand? From hidden ones declare me innocent, Also — from presumptuous ones keep back Thy servant, Let them not rule over me, Then am I perfect, And declared innocent of much transgression, Let the sayings of my mouth, And the meditation of my heart, Be for a pleasing thing before Thee, O Jehovah, my rock, and my redeemer!” (Psalms 19:12-14 – YLT) V – “Think of an event in your life in which you were traumatized. When you think of this event, is there a feeling that is brought to the surface? If there is an emotional aspect, then this points to the fact that you still have an energetic charge in this experience that has not been cleared. When we have suppressed feelings, it means that in our minds and bodies we have “unfinished business”. There are four phases involved in resolving unfinished business. Recalling the memory, releasing the memory, integrating a new thought pattern and resolution.” – Jeannie A Smith, NCTMB
