When God looks at you does he smile, or does he frown? What does he think of you right now? And when you look at your Christian life, how do you deal with knowing you are completely forgiven, and yet still consistently failing?  Many of us veer between rejoicing on our good days and feeling wretched on our bad ones. Some try to forget about sin. Others forget about salvation. But real confidence and joy lie in holding these two truths together: that you are perfect, and you are a sinner--every day. Join us to learn how God really sees you.

Hostility and hunger - that's the response to the message of Jesus. The first is painful, the second is wonderful.  So how do we handle both responses?  Today our guest will give short, clear, realistic and humorous responses designed to challenge us to be honest in our conversations about Jesus, help us to know how to talk about Him, and remind us that God can and will use ordinary people to change eternal destinies.

We march, tweet, and speak for those who have no advocate---but often political rhetoric and social debate squelch our cries. How can we make ourselves heard? Encouraging us to call upon the One who's always ready to champion the voiceless, the chaplain of the U.S. Senate will teach us to pray in ways that release God's power and blessings.

The headlines are screaming and the statistics are jarring. One in four women and one in six men are or will be victims of sexual assault in their lifetime. But as sobering as the statistics are, they don't begin to speak to the darkness and grief experienced by these victims. Because sexual assault causes physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual pain, victims need clear help, hope, and healing.  Our guests today will offered a new vision of how the grace of God can heal the broken and restore the disgraced.
